I just had a spontaneous healing event – as I have often, and thought I might turn it into an exercise to offer.
Clear your space psychically, create order, in respect of the items around you.
Turn off all things that might interrupt.
Stand in the center of your space.
Close your eyes.
Deepen and slow your breathing.
Experience your body.
Exhale with sound if it might feel relaxing.
Greet your Help. Ask for healing.
Call on your Inner Healer to receive.
Be still or sway, bend, release tension with large or faint movements.
Be still again.
